According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", hosiery of proper quality is not subject to exchange or return. Please carefully choose the size and color and check the order upon receipt at the post office.
If there is an error on our part (manufacturing defect, re-sort, color or size mismatch):
- we will definitely exchange the goods;
- exchange is possible provided that the products have not been used (not worn), the product appearance and factory packaging have been preserved;
- we will cover all delivery costs.
